Job Description

Our leaders represent our business and support the growth and development our exceptional Allied Health Team.  This role will see you using your clinical knowledge and your leadership skills in various ways such as; 

  • Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to staff members
  • Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
  • Deliver much needed occupational therapy services to participants within schools, home community and clinic
  • Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function 
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.

 

About you

We are seeking a person who has:

  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS (paediatric experience highly preferable)
  • A passion for leading and empowering a team of Occupational Therapists
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Occupational Therapist and current AHPRA registration
  • A desire to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic interventions to individuals of all abilities
