About us

We are a purpose driven, passionate multi-disciplinary team dedicated to getting the best outcomes for our NDIS participants. We pride ourselves in being collaborative, approachable and having our team as a whole participate in creating our vision for client care. 

As part of this vision, we would like to welcome an Occupational Therapist who is looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact on the Port Macquarie community.

You will be putting your soft skills and clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of participants.   

  • Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity 
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
  • Participate in training and receive formal 1:1 supervision 
  • Engage in monthly peer group supervision with the wider NSW Team
  • Collaborate with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OT's, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
  • A desire to make a real difference within the community
  • Either experience or an interest in home modifications and assistive technologies 
  • An interest in working with a mixed community caseload
