Although face-to-face consultation is still necessary, telehealth has become a permanent fixture of health care in Australia and how we at IPAR, provide timely and efficient occupational rehabilitation services. Building meaningful relationships can be achieved in many ways, it’s all about the connection you forge with clients and customers! 

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to provide remote support to a wide array of clients with physical or psychological injuries and illness, working within a counselling and case management framework to assist clients to make a successful and sustainable return to work.  

Work from home or from our Melbourne office – whatever works for you. Face-to-face client contact is not a requirement of this role. We are super flexible and open to full- or part-time. Tell us your wish list and let’s see what we can make work together!

Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency); ESSA (Exercise Sports Science Australia)

Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Psychology

Capability to proactively manage a case load and achieve outstanding results!  Have a passion for injury prevention, return to work and the health benefits of work!

Having Comcare accreditation would be an amazing bonus! Experienced Consultants highly regarded
