Exciting opportunity available now for a permanent part-time Job Placement Consultant in Liverpool


Working with a diverse client base you will provide resume development, interview training and job seeking services to assist clients locate new employment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for people returning to work after an injury or illness or transitioning to a new career.

While you will be supported during your onboarding, there is a great amount of autonomy and ownership in this role! This is a good opportunity to sink your teeth into the role and own your caseload. Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations and to build strong relationships with key customers.
 

    Qualifications

    You will also have:

    • Background in Employment services, Case Management/Disability Employment(Desirable but not essential)
    • Strong resume writing skills with a good understanding of local labour market;
    • A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers
    • The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers
    • Experience in Disability/ Employment Services HIGHLY desirable.
    • Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation HIGHLY desirable
    • Current driver's license and motor vehicle.
