mlcoa is an international provider of Independent Medical Assessments and other medical advisory services to insurers, government departments, self-insured companies and the legal profession.

The Quality Technical Manager’s primary purpose is to provide technical support and advice to mlcoa’s Quality team and medical consultants. The Technical Manager will develop and deliver a program of ongoing learning and development to support and maintain QA competency levels and to support the development and maintenance of QA resources in accordance with the National Quality Management Framework (NQMF). 

• Minimum 3 years experience performance a quality assurance role to a high competency level.
• High working knowledge of accident compensation systems and/or industrial related work health and safety systems.
• Experienced quality assurance specialist with demonstrated experience working with complex and highly sensitive health information.
• Highly experienced in developing and delivering training programs
• Experience relating to interpreting and utilising independent medical reports
• Proactive, independent and strives to improve consistency and competency across the quality assurance processes.
• Strong self motivation, the ability to work independently and within a team environment with strong follow up, organisational and prioritisation.
• Experience relating to interpreting and utilising independent medical reports. 
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
