Company Description

The role of Customer Experience Specialist will include business development and account management activities. You will be responsible for devising and implementing business development plans for the future growth of our core products, specifically targeting 24/7 operations across multiple states and industries.  

Job Description

This position will have a 50/50 split between Account Management and Business Development including support to the Head of Customer Experience. Working with clients to offer injury prevention and early intervention incident management services will establish yourself as a point of contact which will form your key Account Management responsibilities. 

You will be required to build new business through initiatives put forward by the business and develop strategies to increase its market share. This will also involve prospecting new market segments and organisations previously untouched, instigating initial contact, presenting and demonstrating a specific services range and then developing and maintaining client relationships. 

The culmination of these activities will lead to the ultimate goal which is increased brand awareness within a competitive market coupled with greater market share and subsequently profitability.

The key responsibilities of this strategic and highly collaborative role will be the candidates ability to forge strong, and long lasting business relationships through strategic networking and relationships building activities as well as leading, managing, and closing proposals. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of, and ability to analyse, the injury management and related markets for growth opportunities as well as serve our customers to the point where they become raving fans!

This is a role, suited to an experienced injury management consultant with leadership experience wanted to develop into a customer facing role with the opportunity to learn new skills, and be part of a fun, and growing team. You will be offered flexibility, and the opportunity to grow your career within the Cogent Thinking business. We are open to the role being undertaken from Melbourne or Sydney.
