Job Description

In this role you will work closely with our vocational services team, sourcing suitable jobs for IPAR’s job seeking clients by negotiating employment opportunities with business owners across metro Melbourne. You will be out and about in local communities, meeting prospective employers and telling them about the incredible incentives on offer for employing our clients.

Qualifications

Ideally you will bring excellent communication and negotiation skills and extensive sales, customer relationship management, reverse marketing and/or recruitment experience.

You know your way around metropolitan Melbourne and ideally you have strong local employer networks with an understanding of current labour market trends. You must hold a current driver’s license and have your own vehicle (we offer generous km reimbursement).
