We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person for our reception area, who has a warm and friendly customer demeanor, works well with a team and can work in a fast paced office environment.

Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be our ‘front of house’ receptionist managing the daily tasks involved in facilitating examinee appointments for our consulting specialists.  You will need to display exceptional and engaging customer facing skills, be able to work as a member of our client services team, supporting them administratively as required and also work closely with our consulting specialists. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Be of professional appearance and providing the day-to-day reception duties required including examinee check in, form completion, consultant specialist liaison, support persons liaison.
  • Support the consulting specialists regarding examinee appointments – for example but not limited to chaperoning, obtaining file material, pathology/scan referrals, customer contacts.
  • Support other operational administrative duties as required, working closely with the client services team.
  • Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical consultants, staff, customers and examinees. 
  • Undertaking accurate maintenance and filing of claimant files and records
  • Preparation of consulting specialist suites for examinee appointments
  • Maintain tidiness of reception area
