Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you would coordinate and deliver, as a member of a client services team, a range of high quality, client focused business administration support for the provision of independent medical services.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Undertaking accurate maintenance and filing of claimant files and records
  • Administration support for the Client Services team and Consultant including archiving, scanning and filing
  • Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical consultants, staff, clients and examinees. 
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation and professional appearance of the office

Qualifications

To be successful for this role you will have:

 

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High regard for confidentiality
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Hold a strong team ethic and ability to work closely with others within a professional capacity
