We are working with one of our best clients to help locate an exceptional Nurse Practitioner in the Seattle area.  Our client is a venture capital backed Health Plan with a nearly 10 year track record of success in providing ongoing care to its elderly members.  This organization is a Medicare Advantage Health Plan that serves primarily dual eligible geriatric patients.  After nearly 10 years of success, they need help implementing a new growth initiative into new markets, including Seattle.  The client anticipates rapid growth in the area.  This is an exceptional opportunity to be an instrumental part of a new initiative with a plan that has a track record of success.

Job Description

The position itself involves primary care for outpatient geriatric patients.  The hub of this care is a new, state of the art primary care clinic near Seattle  This is an exceptional opportunity because  the position offers:

  • The opportunity to help patients by providing primary care, and collaborating with physicians with a focus on preventative care, patient education, and building relationships with the patients.

Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner Licensed in the state of Washington.
  • This role requires a dynamic, energetic nurse who is excellent at coordinating care with physicians and other Nurse Practitioners. 
  • Candidates must have broad clinical experience and knowledge.
  • Must have some experience dealing with conditions and issues related to aging and frail geriatric patients.
