Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for several, action-oriented, self-directed, self-teaching, accountable, and inquisitive producers AND Leaders for their Healthcare Strategy team. These are highly visible roles to own end to end strategy. 

Job Description

We are looking for Client Management Directors who are responsible for end-to-end results, execution, and success of client on-boarding, implementation, program operations, service, value, client satisfaction, retention, and expansion/growth.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business process management, consulting, project management and/or product development, preferably in a healthcare or health plan environment;
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field; MBA, project management, or health care industry certification suggested/preferred
  • Experience aligning a diverse assortment of teams around a common goal
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, advisory, and project management skills;
  • Experience with benefits management would be a plus
  • Ability to travel required
