PRN Atlanta Staffing is working with a practice In Buckhead seeking a medical biller focused on insurance AR follow-up.

‪Primary Responsibilities ‬

• ‪Insurance A/R follow-up.‬

• ‪Medicare A/R follow-up.‬

• ‪May provide coordination of billing activities among peers, including recognition of problems and researching options for the supervisor/manager.‬

• ‪Performs billing and insurance verification as assigned.‬

• ‪Calculate out-of-pocket amounts for advanced diagnostic services.‬

• ‪Contact patient with anticipated amount due.‬

• ‪Responds to inquiries regarding patient accounts with appropriate and accurate information in a professional manner.‬

‪Education/Experience/Knowledge ‬

• ‪High School diploma or equivalent.‬

• ‪Two years of RECENT experience in medical billing and collections.‬

• ‪EMR software experience is a plus.‬
