JOB DESCRIPTION-

·         Participate in the design or redesign of other forms of visual communication, including computer graphics, website graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, website mockups, infographics, brochures, and design initiatives.

·         Analyze and plan the design framework according to the established concepts and specifications of the project. Make sure that the products or services offered comply with client policies and guidelines.

·         Find out about the latest technologies and processes used in existing design. Oversee the use of new technologies and processes to achieve the highest design quality.

·         Co-ordinate with management to ensure the design represents the objective of organization and getting feedback in the client’s perspective.

·         Analyze and improve the bottlenecks in the existing user interface

·         Update and maintain internal photo, video, and design databases, Help team members choose the right styles, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements, depending on the goals of the project.

·         Trend recognition. Keep your new social media templates up to date Understanding brand language and design. Mainly focused on creating artistic designs and using typography and photo layout skills

·         Ability to solve complex creative problems using a strong analytical and artistic approach and  to work on multiple projects and prioritize different tasks

Technical and Functional Skills:

Candidates should be experts in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design. Good knowledge of video editing and VFX software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator Adobe Creative Suite: In Design , AutoCAD Software

Knowledge of Adobe Animate, Action Script and HTML5, and UI/UX are additional benefits

Skills and qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in graphic design/Animation or similar discipline .

·         Over 5 years of experience (academic and professional) in design software such as Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Corel Draw.

·         Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Desired Profile

·         Over 3 years in professional graphic design, preferably in a creative or marketing agency

·         Practical knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript

·         Knowledge of Word Press and content management systems is beneficial

·         Photography experience and knowledge of using image editing software
