Job Description

  • Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up.
  • Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Database & Social Networking Sites.
  • Analyze requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.
  • Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the client requirements.
  • Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level, and presentation.
  • Conducting Telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinating with the clients for the final interviews.
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants.
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
  • Coordinating with candidates till he joins the company.
  • Prepare HRIS and different weekly & monthly trackers.
  • Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Database & Social Networking Sites.
  • Interacting with Hiring Managers and drive positions to closure.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Orientation & On boarding
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure Statutory & legal compliance throughout human resource management
