Job Description
Measured Analytics and Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will play a crucial role in driving online brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing techniques, a solid understanding of the latest digital trends, and a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Support and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new digital marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, while monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage the company's website and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience, working closely with web developers and designers.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback, maintaining a positive brand image across all digital channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest new strategies to improve overall digital marketing performance.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing role, preferably within the technology or insurance industry.
- Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using essential technology tools, including Gusto, Greenhouse, HubSpot, and other relevant applications. Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools as needed.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: A resourceful and proactive problem solver who can handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Tech-Savviness: A passion for technology and an eagerness to explore and implement new digital solutions.
- Collaboration: Excellent team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and be willing to take on new responsibilities as the company grows. Must be available beyond traditional 9 – 5 hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficient in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling digital marketing content.
- Highly analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
