CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISER – Hours of work: 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday, finish 2.30pm on Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that operates on an International basis. You will be working in the Beauty industry within state of the art offices! Due to continued growth they are recruiting for a confident and professional Customer Services Adviser.

The role of Customer Services Adviser is a key role within the business and you will have outstanding communication skills and a wealth of experience within Customer Services. So…. What we need are the following attributes:

·Experience of Logistics systems and processes

·Ability to operate in a fast moving environment

·Ability to manage various projects and implement new systems and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity

·Committed and enthusiastic at all times!

The role of Customer Services Adviser is an incredibly busy one and it will be a real “Hands On” role. Some of the duties will include:

·Identify trends and report statistical information back to Management meetings

·Manage key accounts and deal with any issues and ensure they are resolved immediately

·Daily use of CRM systems and processing orders to set timescales.

·Assist with all escalated complaints and issues

·Dealing with all inbound calls from clients and handle any complaints or issues

The suitable candidate for the Customer Services Adviser will enjoy working in a dynamic and exciting working environment and of course be passionate about Customer Services!! Also would be great if you have worked within FMCG and have Export experience.
