As a Senior Backend Engineer, your role is to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems within a microservices architecture. Collaborate with a diverse Scrum team to build and optimize applications that enhance our business operations and drive innovation.

What We Expect:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, with a strong track record of building scalable and efficient systems.

• Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in backend engineering with experience in Golang, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization.

• Programming Proficiency: Fluency in Golang, with a track record of implementing scalable, maintainable, and efficient applications. Experience with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL is highly desirable.

• Business Intelligence: Experience with data warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL) and modern backend engineering tools and frameworks.

• Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in backend engineering.

• Team Collaboration: Great teamwork spirit and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary stakeholders from different departments.

• Languages: Business fluent in English. German is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, organizational ability, teamwork, dialogue skills, and a sense of responsibility.
