mazeed is a UAE-based financial management platform offering a hybrid model of SaaS + Finance-as-a-Service (FaaS) to support SMEs with smart accounting, taxation, and CFO advisory tools. We’re building a modern, scalable, and automation-first product experience — powered by both software and expert services. 

Job Purpose:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive entire product domains — from strategy and discovery through execution and iteration. You’ll operate at a higher level of autonomy, influencing not just what we build, but why and how we build it. 

You will play a key role in ensuring Mazeed’s product scales effectively across both SaaS and FaaS models, balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and business impact. 

Your work will directly influence: 

• How customers adopt, trust, and grow with our SaaS platform 
• How internal teams operate efficiently and scale service delivery 
• How we prioritize investments across automation, accuracy, and growth 

Duties & responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major product area or domain (e.g., billing, onboarding, financial workflows, internal operations) 
• Lead product discovery by identifying high-impact opportunities through data, user research, and stakeholder input 
• Define clear problem statements and success metrics before jumping into solutions 
• Drive end-to-end delivery in collaboration with engineering and design, ensuring high-quality execution 
• Make prioritization decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability 
• Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and risks 
• Use data and insights to evaluate product performance and guide iteration 
• Influence product direction and contribute to company-level strategy and planning 
• Mentor and support junior product managers when needed 

• 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or ERP-style platforms 
• Strong track record of owning and delivering complex product areas end-to-end 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset 
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
• Proven ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints 

Nice to have:

• Experience with financial systems, tax workflows, or subscription billing 
• Experience building or scaling internal tools or operational platforms 
• Experience working in SaaS + service hybrid models
