• Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound leads.

• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies and sales techniques.

• Provide coaching, training, and continuous feedback to enhance team performance.

• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, particularly within GCC (UAE & KSA).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales leadership or sales management roles.

• Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.

• At least 2 years of experience working within GCC markets, especially the UAE and KSA.

• Strong background in the SaaS industry, with expertise in both inbound and outbound sales.

• Solid understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and KPI tracking.

• Preferred: Experience in financial services or fintech sectors.

• Preferred: Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
