Job Purpose:

As an ERP Consultant at Mazeed, you’ll help small businesses succeed by delivering ERP training, supporting presales efforts, and guiding clients through our platform. If you have an accounting background, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology, this is your chance to make a real impact and grow with a dynamic, purpose-driven team.

What you will do in your role

• Conduct training sessions on ERP software for internal team members and external clients to enhance product knowledge and adoption.

• Collaborate with the sales team to activate new clients, deliver product demonstrations, and provide comprehensive training sessions.

• Utilize your accounting background and ERP consulting experience to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Demonstrate accounting software functionalities during presales activities to showcase product capabilities effectively.

• Support the sales team in understanding client requirements and positioning the SaaS ERP solution accordingly.

• Engage with clients to gather feedback, address queries, and provide post-implementation support as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in ERP solutions.

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on presales activities and training.
• Proven experience in accounting software presales, demonstrating a deep understanding of accounting processes.
• Very good communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent in English with strong presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships.
