Job Description

Overview:

As a People & Culture Business Partner at mazeed, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to various departments, enhancing employee engagement, and driving initiatives that promote a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.

• Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, including feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

• Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligning with career growth opportunities.

• Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company policies.

• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, address issues proactively, and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Lead or support HR projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization, such as culture transformation initiatives or change management programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

• Proven experience for more than 7 YEO as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.

• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
