Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

As a Transformation Team Coordinator, you’ll coordinate a high-performing team that brings together operational excellence, portfolio management, and change initiatives in a seamless, consistent way. From administering the annual business planning process to managing an integrated calendar for the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll provide direct support to the Transformation Director and ensure our strategic priorities are delivered with precision and impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating presentations, meeting agendas, and preparing information packs for leadership forums.
  • Coordinating across the Transformation team to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Arranging meetings and providing diary support to the Transformation Director.
  • Delivering EA-level support and acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Running small projects and supporting the team on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in business operations, program coordination, or EA-level support.
  • Ideally, experience in transformation or change management environments.
  • Highly organised, self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to connect the dots across complex projects.
  • High attention to detail and quality, with discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
