Job Description
As the Proactive Risk Planning Manager, you will support the Proactive Risk Planning Director by identifying, assessing, and preparing for potential future scenarios that could impact the organization. This role focuses on analyzing global trends, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and translating future-focused insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support detailed scenario planning and tabletop exercises to ensure the organization is prepared for potential futures.
- Ensure consistent governance across risk management practices.
- Collaborate with other capability owners and partners to identify emerging risks and assess the implications of different scenarios on business objectives.
- Perform root cause analysis to pinpoint predictive risk indicators.
- Partner with business units to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in clarifying market escalation protocols.
- Evaluate long-term trends and improve data quality and risk management practices.
- Analyze future scenarios and work with teams to embed actionable strategies into operational plans.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing research, scenario outcomes, and recommendations.
- Present insights to leadership teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Track the effectiveness of future planning initiatives and provide regular updates to the Director and leadership team.
- Find opportunities to improve risk preparedness and organizational resilience.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 – $125,130 per year

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in risk management
- Success in driving risk planning projects, including scenario planning and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in trend analysis or scenario planning.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or scenario modeling software.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners across functions and markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex data.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective risk mitigation plans.
