Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our GRC team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the security, compliance, and risk management of our organization. You will provide technical support, maintain our GRC platform, and assist the GRC Tooling and Platform team to implement and engineer innovative solutions to improve our security posture. This is an individual contributor role and will collaborate with the Sr. Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Support: Provide technical support and fix for our future GRC platform, ServiceNow GRC.
  • User Management: Handle user access and permissions within the GRC platform, ensuring appropriate authorization levels.
  • Solution Development: Assist the Cybersecurity Engineer to craft, develop, engineer and configure GRC solutions, such as TPRM, Risk & Control, Privacy Risk Assessments and Compliance Automation.
  • Automation: Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Integration: Assist in integrations to the GRC platform with other systems and applications using APIs and other technologies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to supervise key metrics and identify trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities to improve GRC platform automation and implement improvements.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 – $125,130 per year

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development is desirable. Experience in information security/cybersecurity field would be a plus.
  • Good understanding of GRC concepts and standard methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and API integrations a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
