Job Description
Partner with the Web Product Owner of the Digital Solutions Team within US Technology to evaluate, refine, measure, write, and maintain requirements for cross-functional teams on upcoming Web features and content updates. Support production stability by reviewing operations & customer feedback and investigating opportunities to improve existing features and processes. This Business Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of customer-centric, best-in-class digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external and internal partners on Web related tasks such as backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization, and maintenance.
- Partner with US Product Owners, leadership, marketing, operations, merchandising, legal, analytics, engineering, and design teams to refine requirements in the form of epics, stories, and incident reports
- Bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers
- Thoroughly understand and document business processes within Confluence
- Continually evolve and maintain web documentation as needed.
- Analyze customer insights, data, and competitive analyses to identify problems and opportunities
- Support user testing in advance of, and following, each app release
- Effectively manage communications with collaborators and other cross-functional teams

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 per year

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong bias for action
- Comfortable with managing multiple tasks and projects, and providing status updates as needed
- Experience collaborating with a diverse set of McDonald's internal partners to drive results
- Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Customer-centric with a passion for impeccable digital experiences
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience translating customer needs into product features
- Preferred experience with mobile/web apps and digital products
