Job Description

We have 2x newly created positions who will oversee the operations of our eCommerce platforms that support 1000 Restaurants across Australia. The successful candidate will facilitate the daily Operational required to support the eCommerce across our Restaurant and corporate teams.

What will my key accountabilities and duties be?

  • Operational Support and Training for Franchisee’s and Corporate Teams
  • Administration of Merchant payment facilities (eCommerce)
  • Facilitates the management of merchant chargeback processes.
  • Fraud Analytics and mitigation across the eCommerce ecosystem
  • Change management of merchant facilities across the McDonald’s organisation
  • Stakeholder Management and Performance reporting

  • Restaurant Management, Franchisees and administrative staff
  • Functional Departments (Finance, Technology, Operations & Customer Service)
  • Global and local Suppliers and service partners

Your Background

Essential technical and behavioural skills

  • Organised and methodical approach to managing workload
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proactive in own self-development

Desirable skills

  • Experience in  merchant acquiring /payments /financial services
  • Organised with a methodical approach to managing multiple functions and initiatives
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Finance / Accounting
  • Exposure to QSR or FMCG
