Job Description

You will be responsible to fix and maintain mechanical equipment, building and machines. Job includes plumbing work, painting, flooring repairs, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning system maintenance and landscaping. Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's licence to travel to different stores. Must enjoy all aspects of a building superintendent and a little more ( Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical ). You must be dependable, reliable and willing to learn. Quick learner and have the ability to complete tasks properly and on time. Previous experience with equipment repair or general maintenance is a must. Must be able to lift 30 pounds and stand / kneel for extended periods of time.
