YOUR JOB

  • Making people’s day on all fronts: Greeting people, taking orders and satisfying McCravings.
  • Preparing food and keeping our world famous burgers and fries, world famous.
  • Processing payments.  Working cash, working your smile.
  • Package take-out food. But no sneaking fries…we know they’re everybody’s favourite!
  • Fridge management. Okay, it’s stocking the fridge, but it’s really important when you serve the world’s most popular burger.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  •  Initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers serious customer concerns to management immediately
  • Ensures all products are packaged in approved wrapping/containers
  • Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • Partial high school education or equivalent experience preferred
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  •  Previous Quick Service Restaurant Experience as asset but not required

Qualifications

Dependable, works well in fast paced environment, great customer service skills, works well in team atmosphere

- Must be available to work a variety of different shifts such as 6am-2pm, 11 am-7 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm OR 3 pm to 11 pm. *Flexible availability is required for this position and only candidates available between 5 am and 11 pm daily will be considered*
