Qualifications

  • Conducting routine inspection of premises and equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance
  • Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance
  • Knows proper uses and maintains all safety equipment
  • Demonstrates T.L.C. with all equipment / products
  • Knows proper use and handling of all cleaning chemicals
  • Aware of materials cost and methods of controlling usages
  • Inform management when professional repairs are necessary
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them
  • Repairs machines, equipment or structures as necessary
  • Cleans room, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways and windows
  • Assigned planned maintenance duties completed

Additional Information

  • Hourly wage of $16.50 paid by direct deposit in bi-weekly instalments
  • Overtime rate for any hours worked above 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
  • 75% on employee food discount on shift and 50% discount while off shift
