Company Description

Cameron Bay Holdings operates a number of Mcdonalds Restaurants in Central Alberta. Our locations range from Camrose to Red Deer with our central office in Ponoka AB. 

Job Description

This is a positron for a well organized person who loves working in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You will be working both independently and with leadership in our central office.  

Being able to work with a team as well as having a high initiative level will be needed. 

This position includes:

  •  Processing payroll through Quickbooks for multiple locations including ROE's, T4's  and government remittances
  • data entry of sales and invoices, 
  • Controlling office and linen inventory,
  •  Answering phones and reception.
  • Special projects and duties may include off site event planning and running events. 
  • Filing
  • Order supplies

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1 to 3 years experience i
  • Proficient in MS Office, Quickbooks experience an asset
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Highly organized and able to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Possess a high degree of confidentiality
  • Able to multi task
  • Problem solving an asset
