The Front Counter/ Caisher Restaurant Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to gain life experience that goes far beyond just making a great product in a friendly environment. As a Team Member working at the front counter, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and serving guests using the CORE 4 model: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected
• Maintaining personal knowledge of the Chick-fil-A brand and menu items
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
• Preparing and packaging food orders for catering and in-store orders
• Checking orders for product quality and consistency
• Following sanitation and safety procedures
• Working with fellow team members to ensure guest satisfaction
• Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staffs
• Carrying out instructions given by leadership team and operator

You are a self-motivated team player who desire to take on responsibility in doing an excellent job. Have good communication skills, service-oriented and are fluent in English.

You are cheerful, motivated, outgoing with a positive attitude and eye for details.
