The Cleaning person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. 

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

-Filtering oil fryers daily 
-Washing all trays, grill cleaning and store floors
-Clean equipment, crew rooms, stock rooms and restrooms 
-Take out and empty trash, recycling 
-Change light bulbs 

-Available to work 10pm-6am 
-Excellent track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements 
-Can take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance 
-Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines 
-Capable of lifting up to 30lbs 
-Available to work without guidance
