As a Customer Experience Team member, you are responsible for taking customers' orders, presenting customers' orders and/or being one of our Customer Experience Crew in the Dining Room connecting and making genuine connections with our customers.

When a customer comes into our restaurants to visit us, you are primarily responsible for them getting their food hot & fresh, quickly, accurately, and with a friendly smile. :)

So what does this role involve?

We are looking for team members who will be 100% Customer Focused and look for opportunities to engage with customers. Customer Experience Team members are position at the Kiosk, assisting customers to place orders and to execute table delivery from the Kiosk to ensure customers receive the ultimate McDonald's dining experience.  As a customer experience team member you will always be focused on maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
