Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Foster a sense of teamwork through all levels of managers and crew by creating a positive environment by providing the right support and training
  • Oversee all elements of daily restaurant operations including: payroll, relationships with suppliers, employee relations and equipment maintenance and physical plant
  • Oversee all in store objectives, including crew incentives, marketing promotions and contests
  • Execute business plans in order to meet sales goals and budget line items, including food, labor, paper and other controllable expenses
  • React proactively and professionally to all escalated guest concerns and complaints in a timely manner to build customer loyalty and longevity
  • Set crew and manager schedules with promotions, holidays, and key operational events in mind
  • Set the standard through leading by example in food safety and sanitation, ensuring restaurant exceeds all regulations and company policies
  • Mentor, motivate and train managers and crew to provide exceptional guest experience and provide quality product
  • React to areas of opportunity with professionalism and with a desire to better the team and restaurant system through new and innovative ideas
