Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, this casual position will see you professionally and efficiently responding to customers who contact McDonald’s Head Office via phone, letter or email. We are on the hunt for friendly individuals who are able to thrive in a fast paced environment and think quickly on their feet!
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Answering high volume of contact calls and emails
- Responding to customers in a professional and solutions-focussed manner
- Logging calls in the CARE database
- Identifying the need for new internal resources (phone, history, record retention)
- Identifying customer trends and business threats, communicating these accordingly
- Developing and distributing standardised customer responses (letters, emails, forms)
- Responding to questions from internal departments, restaurants and suppliers
- Handling or escalating sensitive, urgent and special customer situations
Your keys to success:
This position calls for a clear and concise communicator who is able to offer solutions to customers, suppliers and staff members alike. Exceptional skills in phone communication and responsive behaviour is a must. You will also show demonstrated passion for the customer with an ability to remain calm in high pressure situations. Previous call centre experience is important, with QSR or FMCG being favourable (however candidates from other industries will certainly be considered).
