Duties to include but not limited to:

Brief Synopsis of the Data Management Department
The Data Management group:

• Communicates directly with PHAs
• Manages and Maintains all data within our software
• Responsible for all data flow between PHAs and McCright, including, but not limited to
  • Process incoming Initial and Special inspection requests
  • Spreadsheet submissions
  • Online webform submissions
  • Individual email submissions
  • Manage data uploads and pic reporting to HUD
  • Process incoming Annual data for scheduling
  • Communicate with agencies to ensure timely list submissions
  • Monthly lists
  • Universe listings – cross reference for missed inspections as well as movers
  • Late lists
  • Additional annual requests
  • Manage Special/Annual coinciding series’
  • Address updates/corrections
  • Owner information
  • Tenant information
  • Help develop and maintain protocol and process documentation

And other duties as needs arise.

Intermediate Excel skills required.
Organizational skills.
Good written and verbal skills.
Excel test will be administered.
