Job Description

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. THIS POSITION IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION AT THE CHATTANOOGA, TN CORPORATE OFFICE.

Join our dedicated IT team as a Technical Support Representative and play a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient tech environment for our diverse workforce. This position involves ensuring the seamless operation of various devices and systems, from setup to troubleshooting, and staying updated with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide robust technical support for phones, tablets, computers, printers, and other devices to both remote and on-site staff.

  • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware operating systems and applications.

  • Proactively diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to optimize performance.

  • Engage in diverse IT-related projects as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred. 
  • Proven ability to adapt to and manage changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (estimated at less than 10% of the time).
