Job Description
Duties to include but not limited to:
Brief Synopsis of the Data Management Department
The Data Management group:
- Communicates directly with PHAs
- Manages and Maintains all data within our software
- Responsible for all data flow between PHAs and McCright, including, but not limited to
- Process incoming Initial and Special inspection requests
- Spreadsheet submissions
- Online webform submissions
- Individual email submissions
- Manage data uploads and pic reporting to HUD
- Process incoming Annual data for scheduling
- Communicate with agencies to ensure timely list submissions
- Monthly lists
- Universe listings – cross reference for missed inspections as well as movers
- Late lists
- Additional annual requests
- Manage Special/Annual coinciding series’
- Address updates/corrections
- Owner information
- Tenant information
- Help develop and maintain protocol and process documentation
And other duties as needs arise.
Qualifications
Intermediate Excel skills required.
Organizational skills.
Good written and verbal skills.
Excel test will be administered.
