McClendon Center is seeking a licensed, contract therapist to join our office of psychotherapists operating in the heart of Washington, DC on K Street in Northwest (metro accessible). McClendon Center provides individual and couples therapy services for individuals with commercial insurance.

Contract therapists are paid on a fee-for-service basis, at a rate of 60%. Contractors will be required to maintain individual liability coverage. Hours and days are flexible!  Candidates must be in good standing with their licensing body and be eligible for insurance credentialing. CAQH enrollment and paneling with BCBS insurance prior to hire is not required but strongly desired.

Qualifications

*       Must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed            Professional Counselor (LPC) in the District of Columbia

*       1+ years’ experience providing individual psychotherapy

*       Experience working with LGBTQ populations
