Job Description
As Leasing Manager, you play a crucial role in shaping the commercial success of our two designer outlets across Austria. You will take the lead on all leasing activity, maximising rental income, curating a compelling tenant mix, and building strong partnerships with brands, investors, and internal teams.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Leasing Manager, you will develop and execute leasing plans that keep our Austrian centres vibrant, fully let, and commercially strong. You negotiate lease terms, prepare summaries, and work closely with tenants to ensure they meet standards and achieve their full potential, using your sharp lease negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes.
You will coordinate investor consents and manage the legal process with precision, ensuring everything progresses smoothly and efficiently. You also shape pre‑marketing activity, reviewing customer flow, sightlines, and layouts to ensure new projects are tenant‑friendly and aligned with McArthurGlen’s design principles.
You will build trusted relationships with investors, owners, and brand partners, acting as a strong ambassador for McArthurGlen and unlocking new opportunities through effective brand and client relationship management. Additionally, you will analyse performance trends and local market dynamics to identify future leasing opportunities.

Qualifications
- A qualification in Real Estate Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience in retail, agency, or corporate leasing environments.
- Strong understanding of lease documentation and negotiation.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio within retail real estate.
- Strong numerical confidence and financial awareness.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
