We are looking for a Personal Shopper to deliver a truly tailored and memorable experience for our most valued clients. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll build genuine relationships with high-net-worth clientele, offering expert styling advice, thoughtful recommendations and a seamless, highly personalised service at every touchpoint.

- Create tailored, and personalised, luxury shopping experiences by offering thoughtful style advice, tailored recommendations and a seamless service for every guest, especially VIPs.
- Build strong, genuine relationships with brands and internal teams to stay in the loop on new collections, exclusives and upcoming events.
- Grow guest loyalty through ongoing, meaningful communication; from sharing new arrivals and trend ideas to inviting clients to private events.
- Champion services like Personal Shopping, Concierge and other premium offerings, while confidently supporting international guests with tax-free shopping.
- Handle feedback with empathy and professionalism, and work closely with other teams to keep improving the overall guest experience.
Qualifiche
- Previous experience as a Personal Shopper or within luxury retail (an existing client base is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of fashion, luxury brands and premium products.
- A genuine passion for client service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to connect with an international clientele.
- A professional appearance with a warm, confident and polished approach.
- Excellent English and Italian language skills - written and spoken (additional languages are welcomed).
- Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
