• Create tailored, and personalised, luxury shopping experiences by offering thoughtful style advice, tailored recommendations and a seamless service for every guest, especially VIPs.
• Build strong, genuine relationships with brands and internal teams to stay in the loop on new collections, exclusives and upcoming events.
• Grow guest loyalty through ongoing, meaningful communication;  from sharing new arrivals and trend ideas to inviting clients to private events.
• Champion services like Personal Shopping, Concierge and other premium offerings, while confidently supporting international guests with tax-free shopping.
• Handle feedback with empathy and professionalism, and work closely with other teams to keep improving the overall guest experience.

• Previous experience as a Personal Shopper or within luxury retail (an existing client base is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of fashion, luxury brands and premium products.
• A genuine passion for client service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to connect with an international clientele.
• A professional appearance with a warm, confident and polished approach.
• Excellent English and Italian language skills - written and spoken (additional languages are welcomed).
• Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
