Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for a FINANCE ANALYST INTERN to join our Finance team at our head office based in The Hague, the Netherlands. This is a temporary position to support the Finance team during pregnancy leave (~ 4th months) ideally starting on the 1st May 2019 for 40 hours a week.

You will be supporting the Finance Team in The Hague and reporting to the interim CFO. This is an entry position within a fast-growing private oil and gas company, which has a track record of growth over the past years.

Key Responsibilities
I)  Accounting system implementation and testing

·         Ensure data integrity for system implementation;

·         Perform user acceptance testing for new accounting system

II) Business analysis and reporting support

·         Perform tasks on business analysis and monthly reporting

III) Accounting and treasury

·         Assist in invoice and AP processing

·         Assist in other day-to-day accounting activities

·         Assist in month-end reporting process

Qualifications

·         Minimum education: post Bachelor degree in Finance;

·         Preferable with education/experienced in accounting system implementation projects;

·         Ability to engage effectively with internal staff and external Parties, at all      levels;

·         A strong team player, value driven, confident and effective communicator with professional work ethics;

·         Possess high quality power of analysis, presentation and writing skills;

·         Strongly self-motivated, hands-on and entrepreneurial;

·         Fluent English language skills, both verbally and in writing;

·         Excellent MS Office skills.
