We have an immediate and ongoing need for one or more (remote) Freelance 3D Character Artists to help bring our licensed titles to life. We have been producing toys based on Harry Potter, DC Comics, Among Us, My Little Pony, Transformers, and more. We are now launching various products based on entertainment licenses from anime, animation, sports, and live action, including Jujutsu Kaisen, Marvel, BTS (K-Pop), Marvel, and major professional sports.

We seek modelers who can translate 2D characters, musical artists, and sports stars (plus weapons/accessories) into a similar 3D caricature style, as shown in our Stranger Things products. Most of the designs will be in dynamic/action poses vs. the static ones shown in the YouTube link below. We would also need closed STL files for mass production and additional views rendered for marketing purposes.

Skills & Requirements:

o   We are looking for a highly proficient professional in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, ZBrush, Key Shot, etc.)

o   Superb understanding of real-life lighting, materials, composition, and color

o   Firm grasp of both 2D and 3D design

o   Ability to work in a fast-paced/changing environment

o   Positive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) when working with and addressing feedback and direction from the YuMe team.
