Qualifications

·         Keep inventory accurate and make sure products follow the routing according to the company’s process.

·         Label and mark materials with identifying information.

·         Holds cycle counts or/and physical inventory counts and complete data entry tasks for all warehouses

·         Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.

·         Investigating inventory shortages; conduct daily analysis to forecast potential inventory issues

·         Perform necessary functions to reconcile inventory for a month and year-end close

·         Assist Inventory Clerks in processing Work Orders and pulling kits.

·         Perform all tasks relating to inventory receipts, issues, and moves within the inventory control area, i.e., storage of materials, pulling of materials, proper handling, etc.

·         Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.

·         The inventory coordinator must investigate inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies and make sure that they are addressed and resolved.

·         The inventory coordinator must have the ability to respond appropriately to the constant change in priorities and services as dictated by management and customer needs.

·         Assist in receiving and shipping

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·         High School diploma or GED required.

·         Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills needed.

·         Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).

·         3 years of work experience in an inventory control capacity (Inventory, Shipping/Receiving) in a manufacturing environment.

·         Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

·         Maintain forklift certification
