Basic Requirements:

•        Active WA State Certification

•        At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant

•        Must pass all required Maxim screening tests with an 80% or greater.

•        Clear criminal background screening.

•        Current BLS card.  

•        Current TB results or chest x-ray
