Max Profit Solutions is seeking dedicated and energetic people to fill in the Non-voice post to resolve customer complaints, answer questions in relation to products and services and assist with returns via email or other media.

Requirements: 

* At least a High School graduate / Senior High School graduate

* No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Filipino citizen or hold relevant status

* above average verbal and written English communication skills
* excellent customer service and problem solving skills

* knowledgeable in computer applications (MS Excel)
* typing speed at least 30 wpm
* can work with minimal supervision and can multitask
* willing to work on graveyard shifts, weekend shifts and/or holidays. Willing to work from home (TEMPORARY).
* willing to work in Marikina City (once Enhanced Community Quarantine is lifted)

* Willing to be trained (ONLINE while ECQ is still imposed) and has a positive outlook in life

* Has a desktop / laptop for online training or work from home (TEMPORARY).

* Has high-speed and stable internet connection (at least 20mbps)

* of legal age to work
