Job Description

The Employer Branding and People Experience Specialist is responsible for correctly applying Corporate Employer Branding strategies (attraction and retention).
The core responsibilities of the role are: creating a corporate image consistent with the company's identity as an employer (place of work), in harmony with the target audience and completely separate from that of competitors. 

Qualifications

  • Performs all internal/external network creation and development activities to maximize the effectiveness of touch points (physical and digital) with prospects, candidates, schools, institutions, etc.
  • Ensures that the strategy of Employer Branding is aligned with the Communication strategy and in compliance with the Group's tone of voice
  • Monitors the Competitors' strategies by obtaining best practices
  • Supports the Recruitment Teams in the entire search and selection process
  • Collects individual and organizational development needs using available processes and tools
  • Guarantees the application and dissemination of company policies and regulations relating to HRM, monitoring that these are adopted and respected
  • Understands and collects critical issues and requests in terms of retention
  • Manages HRM systems ensuring the insertion and updating of data relating to personnel within the scope of responsibility
  • Promotes the development of effective and measurable engagement strategies
  • Provides an excellent HRM service respecting shared SLAs and guided by the value of care (quality and service logic)
  • Supports Corporate interaction and communication processes
  • Promotes, adopts and develops the use of CHRM digital technology (both internal - such as the end-to-end digital process - and external - such as social media etc.)
  • Maintains high attention to listening to collaborators, through direct contact and the construction of an intelligence network

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication/Humanities/Marketing
  • Good level of English (B2/C1)
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video making tools (Canva, Illustrator Suite)
  • Passion for fashion
  • Strong Digital Attitude
  • Approach to project management
  • Dynamic work approach, with strong problem-setting and problem-solving skills
  • Natural predisposition for relationships and teamwork
