We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Key Holder to support the leadership team in delivering exceptional sales performance and world-class client experience.

As a Key Holder, you will act as a brand ambassador and role model for the team, supporting daily operations and taking ownership of the concession in the absence of management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service in line with luxury retail and Harrods standards

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Build and maintain a strong personal client base through proactive clienteling

• Develop long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business

• Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge

Leadership & Team Support

• Act as Manager on Duty when required

• Lead by example in sales, service, and professionalism

• Support and motivate the team to achieve concession targets

• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members

Operations & Store Standards

• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure store security

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique standards

• Support stock management, replenishment, and deliveries

• Ensure compliance with Harrods and brand operational procedures

About You

Essential

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail

• Strong sales track record and client-focused approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience working within Harrods or luxury department store environment

• Previous senior sales or supervisory experience

• Clienteling experience
