Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring market, performance and process analyses to support the setting and management of Transformation & Strategy Dept. activities geared toward the evolution and innovation of the company's business strategy and organizational model.
Its main responsibilities are:
1) ensure accurate business intelligence of market trends and competitor behavior through online and offlline sources/channels from an omnichannel perspective
2) monitor performance and process analysis in accordance with the company's revenue and profitability goals
3) support organizational changes with a view to continuous improvement and updating of business processes in order to achieve Business objectives through control actions, analysis and modeling

Qualifications

  • Supports the Manager through the creation of analysis frameworks that take into account the interests of its Stakeholders and the commercial needs and company profitability

  • Monitors direct and indirect competitors and analyze internal and external phenomena, with the aim of creating reference benchmarks for constant monitoring of the external market

  • Takes care of the synthesis of the data and prepares reports in order to support the management's strategic choices

  • Develops models and tools for the analysis, monitoring and implementation of corporate processes and procedures to support the organization and in coherence with the evolution of corporate strategies and related projects

  • Conducts feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyzes for the proposed initiatives both at an organizational and business development level

  • Monitors actual performance versus the plan, proposing and sharing with the Manager the implementation of corrective actions to maximize sales and profits

Additional Information

  • STEM Degrees (Engineering/Economics/Finance/Maths)
  • Highly quantitative and analitical mindset
  • Proficiency on English knowledge 
  • High knowledge of key digital tools: Excel (advance), Power Point, Tableau (optional)
  • Result-oriented, proactive, able to conquer complexity, with a sound and creative problem solving mindset
