Consumer Engagement Specialist - Internship

Job Description

The Consumer Engagement Intern supports the design, development, and monitoring of a plan of activities aimed at increasing the retention of existing customers and attracting new potential target customers with the brand's values.

Qualifications

  • Actively collaborate in creating a special event, learning how to translate brand values into an engaging customer experience
  • Analyzes and interprets the data linked to the projects followed
  • Analyzes customer insights and contributes to building a CRM strategy aimed at identifying the clusters most receptive to retention and acquisition activities
  • Participate in the creation of visual materials, interfacing with Communication, VM, and E-procurement departments to ensure format consistency
  • Support the development of acquisition and retention strategies, including the preparation of briefings and dedicated customer paths.
  • Collaborate in data collection and post-event analysis to measure the effectiveness of the activities.

Additional Information

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Fashion Management.
  • Strong passion for the Fashion & Luxury industry and Event Management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and a strong predisposition for teamwork in dynamic environments.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
